Return & Refund Policy

• Products once delivered cannot be returned. Incase of damages/wrong product from our end, it can only be exchanged with the same product. We don't have any return/refund policy.

• Full video, right from the outer parcel till showing the defect should be taken in 360° uncut video. Strictly no complaints will be entertained without opening parcel video.

• If you would like to exchange a faulty item please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. We have made every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible.
